The National Nurse Aide Assessment Program (NNAAP) is a certification examination for
Certified nursing Assistants. The intent of this program is to ensure that you understand
and can safely perform the role of a nurse aide. The Medication Aide Certification Examination
(MACE) is a certification examination for certified medication aides. The NNAAP and MACE
certification exams are administered by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN).
